Seven Fathoms Rum is a premium, handcrafted Cayman Islands rum aged 42 feet underwater. Distilled in a copper pot still and matured in American white oak bourbon casks anchored to the ocean floor, it develops a smooth, medium-bodied profile with notes of vanilla, mocha, pepper, butterscotch, and caramelized vanilla, finishing long and rich.
